Refund policy

A) For any grievances/returns/refunds, you can reach out at your Grievance Email Address: gratihive@gmail.com. We will respond back within 48 hours and resolve your complaint within 14 days of receipt.

B) The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

C) Approved refunds will be credited within 14 Days to the original payment method.
